Per-user pricing covers your people. Infrastructure — servers, firewalls, switches, access points, cloud — is quoted separately based on what you actually have. A fixed, transparent price for each asset type, assembled into a quote that reflects your specific environment.

Hardware — servers, switches, access points, laptops, cabling, UPS — is always a one-off project cost, quoted and invoiced separately from the monthly management fee.

Regardless of what your environment looks like today, we take it on as-is. No requirement to replace equipment before we start. No minimum spec. We document everything on day one, identify what needs attention, and build a plan from there.
